True UP technology story: I was working on a system gang and the manager got on the supervisor, who got on the foreman demanding to know who had driven a particular pickup for 26 seconds without wearing a seat belt? The manager, not surprisingly, had a hard-on to discipline someone since that's the UP way. Well, long story short, the foreman said to check with the Chevy dealer in Cheyenne since the truck was being serviced AND we were on our off cycle when it happened. Strangely enough we never received an apology... 🤪
