Assumption: Cement goes into bags, then into boxcars 1950's into sixties, then sixties to present day into 2/3 bay covered hoppers? Confirm?
We have a Nevada Cement distribution location in Sacramento. I seem to think, Ive seen the production plant out in Nevada(of course) on the Overland route, can't say where though.
If anyone cares to comment, TopCat...
There is a big cement processing facility east of Tehachapi. Big dome on the property. Is this where the 'clinkers' go before being crushed?
