Good observation, although it was still in Oregon, location this time of year does not matter, fires do not respect state lines. The same goes for blocking a grade crossing and not allowing vehicles to pass even with plenty of room.
Contrary to many other motorcar groups, this group is lead by a "railroad employee expert." I should say; self proclaimed expert. I did forward this link to the Lake County Commissioner I know who has made the accommodations before for motor car groups. This group has given many motorcar groups a bad name in their arrogance and self proclaimed expertise.
