At first, I couldn't figure out why some of the motor car operators appeared incapacitated when driving through the grade xing. Then I looked up previous discussions about NARCOA on this site.

One poster mentioned that people had tricked out their speeders with lazy boy recliners. Now that explains why half of the drivers appear to be lying flat in a convalescent position. That certainly doesn't look safe from all the railroad safety videos.
