How much of the article did YOU read before launching into Cliff Claven mode? Because most of the article discusses problems whose solutions are more likely to pain the left than the right.

Like how the enviro impact statements take too long and need reforms. Criticism of how CEQA is used abused by lawyers to add years of delay or kill construction. The overempowerment of the citizen and special interest groups delaying projects. The need to say no to these neighborhood and activist groups when they extort project changes. Standing up to local interests that demand concessions and limited closures that lengthen construction.

Lawyers and activist groups are the Left's primary funding and political support, not the Right's.
