Amtrak 11/14 reroutes ?

So, its clear Black Butte sub is shut for maybe 1-3 months. I think 11/14 detoured via the Gateway Sub a few times in the past. Is the Gateway sub still dark with TWC? I think there was an upgrade a few years ago, new/longer sidings and signals?
I'm betting its about 10-20% chance of 11/14 detours, Ill bet one Amtrak frozen pizza on it.
