west coast north -south traffic

With the Feather river route( UP BNSF) closed due to wildfires and the Shasta route closed due to the fire damaged trestle how much traffic disruption is going on. The Salt Lake- LA line is or was closed due to flash flooding but I would think that would be a quick fix. Seems like the old WP branch between Reno and the Feather river would be handy but it's probably OOS.
