If you think the salary is too high, what is a fair wage for someone that runs an organization with a budget of 2.4 billion dollars and36 hundred employees?
pubic companies have to compete with the private sector to hire the top management.
The Bay Area is an expensive place to live.
Also, do you think homeless people will take over the new BART building?
