Pacheco will never happen in our lifetime if ever. Altamont has already secured it's place for this century, they just need keep beefing it up. Prop 1a never had a timeline did it? Once the 4.2 billion is spent it could be centuries before another voter referendum occurs to build over Pacheco, but it won't matter.

You totally mischaracterize Brightline East so you feel the need to switch your argument to Brightline West. Ok, I'll bite. Brightline will be averaging 120 mph over the LV-Victor segment, almost twice that of current Brightline's East initial segment.
