Funny that the video says that Oregon has toll roads. The only tolls in the state are two bridges over the Columbia to Washington: Bridge of the Gods and the Hood River to White Salmon bridge. I think toll bridges are different from toll roads. You can drive around the whole state without having to pay a toll including the I5 and I205 bridges from Portland into Washington and 101 bridge in Astoria. So saying Oregon has toll roads is a misnomer.
