> They DON'T want to sweep it under the rug.

They most certainly do.

> No, they don't want it swept under the rug. The Republicans are taking an active role in participating in the hearing aren't they? That, in your mind is "sweeping it under the rug"? They just want all facts of what happened explored.

This reminds me of what happened during President Trump's second impeachment hearing. The Dems and liberals thought they had such an iron-clad case against Trump that they were all fantasizing that they were going to FINALLY see him led away in handcuffs---you know, like what happened to Michael Avenatti. Problem is, Trump had such a good defense team that they got their asses kicked. The lynch mob was so frustrated that, in typical libtard fashion, they went and vandalized the home of one of Trump's defense lawyers.

They were offered the opportunity to find out, but McCarthy backed out (the New McCarthy-ism is just as concerned with truth as the early 1950s one).

As I said, they're participating in the hearing. It will hopefully all come to the surface through cross-examination. Hopefully all the leftist, pro rioting bullshit tweets from that one capitol police officer who was crying a river will be entered into the record.

> Why is there no body cam footage of the twenty-some Trump supporters allegedly shouting racial slurs at the officer who was crying a river when he was testifying?

Most likely because nobody happened to take a video of the incident.

>No. Most likely because the officer is fabricating the whole thing. It's hard to have video footage of something that didn't happen.

> Why did the New York Times say that Trump supporters killed a cop with a fire extinguisher?

I don't know, make up something.

>What a lame response. Try this: The New York Times has a hard-on for conservatives and Republicans and will go to ANY extreme to smear them.

> Why is there video footage of mysterious operatives passing off visual signals to each other in the Capitol building?

It was them little silver men from the advance bases on the far side of the moon.

Another lame response. They're finding out that the FBI was heavily involved in what happened that day--just like they're finding out the FBI was heavily involved in the kidnapping plot of Whitmer. If there's not enough violent activity taking place by the hard right, it appears the FBI comes on the scene and spicens things up by manufacturing crime to make the implicate people---and the FBI has an equally corrupt Main Stream Media acting as a partner-in-crime. Everybody's working in unison. Watch this and MAYBE you'll learn something:
