One of the best planned and executed projects ever seen in the history of mankind, nothing needs fixing, it's perfect...

If you do it like that, does it mean that when you hold the previous contractor "in breach" because the CAHSRA failed to do "due dilegence" that you get to have the politicians shake down the contractors for contributions on the re bid, too?
