Yeah, I don't understand the "strict supervision" of the FRA on a 300' move back and forth. Maybe they want to emphasize that that they're doing everything "right" - which I have no doubt they are. But I also know the FRA is not fond of being cited as requiring things they don't require - like the diesel loco to accompany the steamer. NOT and FRA requirement...

Is the line north of ABQ operating under PTC? Are they going to have to do something similar to what UP is doing? Or can they operate on a waiver?
