Thanks for all your help everyone!

I used the address on the link provided my Marty's response, transferred the mailing address to Google Earth- and found it to hone in on the DOT road near the Pueblo airport. Now knowing the general area to look, found the test track. All those loop tracks, locomotives and cars neatly scattered into piles is neat. Reminds me of my niece's Thomas train layout.
