Back in the 80's it was open for visitors, one day a week, I believe. I just happened to be in Pueblo on the right day and got a tour through the test stands, a bus trip around the test track, etc. I think the name has changed since then, and the take more corporate work now, instead of just generic work like track studies and such, so they closed it to the general public.
