That locomotive belongs back in Plumas County where it operated as Clover Valley Lumber #8. It was removed from Portola, as I understand it, due to the childish actions (if I can't play with my toys like I want I'll take my toys home!) of its so-called "owner/controller". How it came to end up at a gravel pit in Moundhouse NV. is something would be interesting for someone with the time to investigate both historically and legally.
