Actually, from memory, and it was a long time ago, the engine was pirated away with some doubts as to the actual ownership, but at the time the FRRS was not interested in pursuing it. I think it MAY technically belong to the FRRS or the Plumas County Fair Board--especially with the collapse of the Feather River Shortline group. Maybe something could be done to get it back, but the expenses would be daunting.
