Like "Steamfan" I was there the day of the big walk out. That was a long time ago. Rather than ruin my day I stayed from the fray, but remember someone in the bookstore saying there were safety issues and too many FRSL members were being allowed to ride in the cab at one time.
Then a short time later I hear the loco is being trucked to Virginia City.
