That's a really good point. Just because something is possible should it be done. A one man (or unmanned) may be possible but is it in the interest of all concerned? How long does it take for the one, two or more Responder positions to equal that crewman you've removed. All this "works in a perfect world" BS is just that, the railroads are a long way from a perfect world.
