I think I signed a pretty standard release form once at a kayak rental shop. Must be a standard template out there that lawyers can edit for the application.

For example, "Examples of reckless behavior include: 'jumping from the cart while it is motion,' 'placing ballast rocks on the rails to attempt to derail other carts', ... etc.
