"Slow street" design. More signs by the city urban planners to confuse drivers.

Sometimes I drive into a neighborhood looking to park and the parking rules are so complicated it takes two or three signs to explain them all...
"permit required between 8pm and 6am except Sundays and holidays",
"2 hour parking between 9am and 5 pm except Saturday and Sunday",
"zone C parking",
"no parking 4pm to 6pm, Mon - Fri,"
"meter parking, Mon - Fri 6am - 6pm",
"loading zone, 1 hour, 10am - 5pm."

This mess is brought to you by urban planners in city government responding to NIMBY's.

For sure, the parking ticket cop is confused too, and they will issue you a bogus ticket. So to avoid that trip to court to contest the bogus ticket, you drive to another neighborhood.
