Delano transload facility

I drove by the cold storage transload facility that UP had bought a few years ago from the original company (whose name escapes me at the moment) and saw that it is closed up. Is this a result of the pandemic or what? Has the other facilities in Washington state and near Albany in New York also closed? If so, it's too bad, seemed like a working effort to take some cross country traffic away from trucks!
