I'm with cynically inclined, West Colton IM facility is next on the list of great ideas. There was zero chance that Delano was going to be a success. If a private company gives up there's a good chance UP wouldn't succeed. You watch BNSF perishables out of the Valley and
they're on the point of expedited trains. UP is too busy stalling in tunnels.
