We had this conversation once before. The Redwood Empire mill at Cloverdale rough cuts the unfinished lumber and trucks it to Asti. The Asti mill planes and packages the finished lumber for shipment. The Asti mill has a loading dock and spur that holds about five cars. and was once a good customer for the NWP.
