Does CORP deliver loads to the UP at Black Butte?

I saw a photo today in a CA Shortlines Group of CORP switching the mill at Weed. Where do they take the loads?

Someone on Trainorders said CORP and UP have a strained relationship. If true, does it mean UP won't do interchange business with CORP at Black Butte?
