FRC Canyon sub and BNSF Inside Gateway updates?

I am looking for current information on the FRC Canyon sub and BNSF Hi-Line from the Dixie Fire. According to the UP service statement of a few weeks ago the Canyon sub is open for business. The recent Video of the water train looks like it was taken on the canyon sub. Does anyone know if traffic levels have returned to "normal" pre-fire levels yet? Any significant damage to infrastructure? Is BNSF detouring on the Shasta route? What will it take to get the Hi-Line back in operation? Hopefully the trestles all survived. Thank-you in advance.
