Not saying Raton will be used but the Gateway Sub is going to be closed for weeks (at least). Part of it is still in an active fire. Other parts have major bridge and tunnel damage. BNSF abolished all the pool turns for awhile then brought a few back, presumably for trains to be able to deliver construction materials for repairs.
