A little update, video will come later. Went and looked at it up close. Wheels are speeder wheels and has disc brakes. It almost works like a live steam diesel, the electric motor drives a chain linked to the wheel. They managed to hit 30 mph today but the panels seem to be super sensitive. I think as soon as they hit the shadow of the Schellville tankers it died and they pushed it the last half mile.
