A couple of thoughts:

Why does the second transbay crossing need to go to San Francisco? The time is long past that San Francisco is the main destination for travelers. Seems like the crossing should be at Dumbarton or parallel to the San Mateo bridge.

What happened to the whole stack of previous studies that covered the same subject? They spend a ton of money on these studies then nothing is done. It's nice to have a wish list of projects but what's the point of doing detailed studies if the money is not ever there to do the projects?
