Maybe quit suppressing planned parenthood but instead promote it in other countries then we could control our own growth. Things like covid, excessive co2, mercury laced tuna and etc are all universally shared and need to be contained whether coming from within our borders or not. If we don't control the world's population it doesn't matter what we do at home.
