This is a fairly well protected crossing, not close to the intersection, with a center median, as well.

So, was the child killed riding in the vehicle? Was he walking along the street, or was he waiting to cross at the tracks? Do we know from any of this information if he was actually tresspassing at all? What do we really know at all about of the actual details of what happened from report? Nothing....

Maybe, trolls should "teach your children" to get the facts before telling folks how to raise their children?

Actually, this had nothing to do with tresspassing, he was apparently riding in the vehicle that was struck according to other reports...
