The facts:
Number of convictions of actual voter fraud in vote-by-mail over 20 years and more than 250 million ballots: 143.
Actual fraud rate: 0.00006%

Last Calif gubernatorial race was in 2018, with 6,961,130 total votes cast.

If 7 million ballots are returned for this year's recall election, a reasonable expectation would be 4 or 5 cases of real, verifiable cases of fraudulent voting.

The real fraud is the firehose of misinformation around 'voter fraud' by people with a completely transparent agenda.
