Mouse, I just had to ask.... Is that cost estimate to build via Tejon and buy the ranch with the "savings" based on your many years of obvious professional experience with complex rail engineering projects and California real estate?
Like with so many of these proctologists who are posting their medical opinions on Facebook, such expertise is so hard to come by these days, so AP is very lucky to have you....
