Metrolink/Amtrak Servic Shutdown

While we continue piss billions away on the "runaway money train" from Chowchilla to Wasco, all Metrolink service between Mission Viejo and Oceanside, and all Amtrak service between San Juan Cap and Oceanside until October 3rd.... And, Metrolink will be providing no bus bridge replacement. All Amtrak reservations show "service cancelled" with no bus bridge mentioned.

Wow, maybe the American High Speed Rail proposed San Clemente high speed bypass that would shorten the by about five miles, but save over 20 minutes of run time, proposed way back in 1980, might be a project worth another look....?
