San Diego Metro Kicks out Baja Rail out of the SD&AE for non payment

Allegedly, BJRR a lot of debt with the Mexican Government, too!! Months of non-payment for use of the Tijuana-Tecate railway!!

I wonder how this will end up... As long as MTS is in charge, no one in their right mind will pay half a million dollars a year for a railroad that needs millions in repairs!!
