"The Friends of the 4449 are a fully volunteer organization dedicated to the repair and maintenance of the SP 4449 and Southern Pacific passenger related equipment. We are acquiring the 2395 'Stanislaus' to add to our rolling stock for use at the Oregon Rail Heritage Center and future excursions. The 2395 coach is in good original condition and is a great candidate for preservation."
