Does locomotive service facilities for electric engines have overhead catenary into the shops or do they use diesels to move the locomotives into and out of the shops? For safety I would assume that they don't have the wires into the shops but I guess they could have them and have them with LOTO to shut off the power when a person has to be working up top by the wires.
