Oh, they're probably just upset that CN didn't get KCS. In which case I coulda seen CP retrenching by selling Quad Cities-KC to Iowa Interstate, bringing back the DRI Line, and perhaps even selling SOO to BNSF (the MILW trackage) and UP, with CP becoming a UP subsidiary. But that was not to be.
