Yes, of course. But many railfans are jerks and don't care. On Facebook they post other peoples' property and others' copyrighted images. You can report the video to Pentrex or flag it on YouTube if it bothers you.

I think AP is just a neutral bulletin board and not guilty of anything. The post brought the pirated vid to everyone's attention, so that's good, and you can flag the video on Youtube.
