Huge new Amazon “fulfillment” warehouses to be built. Does Amazon only use planes and trucks for transpo? No piggyback vans or containers from Seattle/Tacoma over Stampede Pass? Does Amazon rule the world yet or can WalMart and Costco give it good competition?
