I get a chuckle out of your trolling, OneMarket. I laughed as I read your comment. But seriously, I reckon featherbedding went away with the caboose, and staffing has been cut, maybe drastically, in the crafts along with “PSR”. But your idea of contracting out the rotary snow plowing is one to ponder. Don’t give management the idea or they might take it.
