They also make the mistake of getting their news from sources, like CNN and The Washington Post, that have been sued for malpractice and have to make secretive settlements. NBC's Brian Ross is caught red-handed fabricating stories to raise his fragile ego and his employer allows him to carry on as if nothing happened. Read up on the DATELINE NBC scandal involving rigged exploding gas tanks on GMC trucks. Read up on why Dan Rather got canned at CBS. People will soak up propaganda from outlets that have established reputations for malpractice, but wild horses couldn't drag them to watch Fox News.
