I'm in the area every 2 or 3 months and happened to be by yesterday. Their's a loading facility across the front of the plant that the last time I saw it being used was maybe more than 10 years ago and they were filling tankers. Its pretty much falling apart the last time I looked closely at it a year or two ago. On the East side there's a spur going into the plant that might only fit 1 hopper at a time and at most theirs room for two. Its a little harder to see that part of the plant but I dont think its been used for at least a few years.
Why doesn't this plant use rail? it used to a lot. Theirs plenty of track that used to see hoppers and tankers but dwindled off starting in the late 90's
