So do you suppose any of the folks opposing all this drive a car or use anything made of plastic? Do you think they're ready to give any of that up? I doubt it. All new developments carry some risk and have downsides. Just saying no to any kind of new development is not a route to success for our society. Or should we sit back and watch everything collapse?
