Roaring Camp will lose STB and Caltrans shutdown

Roaring Camp does not operate freight on the Felton line and RTC will include Felton line in the abandonment of the entire Branchline. When this happens, Roaring Camp will lose access rights over California State Highways 1 and 9. Caltrans will shut them down.
