Customs, when I rode the Cascade from Vancouver to Seattle several years ago, was done in the Pacific Central Station. No problem; certainly not a bit like the situation at Niagara Falls. On a connecting bus, which I used a year ago, the process occured near the border, it was a bit more hassle, but still nothing like Niagara Falls.
