Some guys I worked with didn't feel that way. I'm sure you probably knew guys like that as well. They were comfortable with their routine and anything different than that freaked them out. One example: One guy was always uncomfortable when we had to "dog-catch" a train outside of the territory we were qualified on as he was of the belief that screw ups and rules violations could more easily take place in those situations.
