Saw enough in the first 5 minutes to realize the guy making it doesn’t seem to know anything about the Railway Labor Act or the Law. Just another “The other side is evil because they disagree with me” opinion piece.

Does the BNSF attendance policy suck? Probably but the UP’s wasn’t too popular either & it was much less strict. Railroaders want to work as much as they want and then lay off whenever they want and that’s just not realistic. Might be a bette way for BNSF to do this, but in the eyes of the courts & the RLA this is classed as a minor dispute and not strike worthy. Note at no time has either Union publicly offered an alternative plan.
