Removing them from railroad property would hurt their feelings.
> The RR cops used to go out of their way to hassle anyone trespassing!
And then liberal Democrats came on the scene and everything changed. There's a whole different mindset now, thanks to off-the-scale liberalism and social justice warriors re-engineering everything. Everyone is "touchy feeley" these days and the number one priority is to not hurt anyone's feelings, especially a marginalized, "at risk" person. The SJWs don't want to know what you think. They want to know what you feel.

Sure. Why not? They never receive any meaningful punishment for their actions. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that they're just modifying their behavior to align with the changed conditions in their environment. If you live in a lawless environment, you become lawless. It's like a "Mad Max" movie.
> The destruction, delays and lawsuit payout they cause
Yes, they're good at what they do.
> Why do railroads put up with it???
The railroads are like Mark and Patricia McCloskey. If they try to protect their property from street thugs, thieves and criminals, the George Soros-financed District Attorney will be all over them like stink on caa caa.
