Now, when NATO finally declares and enforces a combatant naval exclusion zone in the western Black Sea, the Ukrainians will finally be able to ship serious grain out of Odessa, if insurers will bear the risk.
The rail shipping of grain via Romania or Poland for transload and export to world markets cannot move that kind of grain volume, and will be very costly.
